Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the product or the last batch of products, or in the case of regular deliveries of goods, after receiving the first delivery.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example by using our cancellation form, by sending an email to the address below, or by including a written notice with the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal only applies to products purchased from and shipped by Aleksiina Design. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed for return shipping.

We do not accept returns for hygiene products, underwear, or earrings.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to custom-made products manufactured according to the customer’s wishes.

If the purchase is cancelled, the product must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been made to the return address below. The sender must be able to prove that the goods were returned within the time limit, for example with a receipt from the shipping company. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.

Customer returns are free of charge within Finland. The original delivery note or a copy of it must be included with the return. Returns from other countries must be paid by the customer and the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Before returning a product, please contact info@aleksiinadesign.comto receive a return code for the parcel.

When returning an order, please include your name and contact details for the refund.

We will refund the payment for the order without delay, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Inspection of Delivery, Errors and Problem Situations

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, does not correspond to your order, or is otherwise faulty, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the delivery so that we can agree on how to correct the issue.

In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding product defects.
