Aleksiina Design Payment and Delivery Terms

These delivery terms are valid from March 30, 2025.

We sell products to businesses and adults worldwide.

We may unilaterally modify the delivery terms from time to time, so please review our delivery terms each time you place an order in our online store.

These delivery terms apply to orders placed in our online store and related deliveries.

Products and Pricing

The features and prices of products in our online store are presented in each product description. The colors of the product images may differ from the actual product colors. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the final prices in your shopping cart before confirming your order. Product prices include 25.5% VAT, which is shown in the shopping cart, order confirmation, and delivery charges.

For orders outside the EU, Finnish VAT is removed from the price, and the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, and VAT in their country.

Shipping Costs

You will see the applicable shipping costs (if any) in your shopping cart before confirming your order. The shipping fees, if applicable, are indicated with the product and depend on factors such as weight, packaging, and selected delivery method. These costs are automatically added to the final order total. Prices start from €5.90. Free shipping for orders over €100 to pickup points in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark via Posti or Matkahuolto.

Pickup from the RIIMINKA & Aleksiina Design store is free of charge, regardless of purchase price or product.

Select your preferred delivery method when placing your order. The order will not be shipped until any applicable shipping fees are paid.

Ordering and Contract

You can order products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order, and paying for the cart's contents through the payment service. When placing an order, you are required to review and accept our current delivery terms. You understand that your confirmed order is binding and creates a contract between us, except for the right of withdrawal described below.

Payment and Payment Methods

All payment transactions in our online store are securely protected by SSL encryption. Payments are processed by Paytrail.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods listed in our online store's checkout. Products and shipping costs must be paid at the time of ordering. Payment methods are updated automatically via Paytrail and may change.

Available payment methods:

  • Paytrail: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, credit cards, and MobilePay.

  • Jousto Invoice and Jousto Installments, as well as Collector payment methods, require an approved credit decision.

Payments are processed via Paytrail Oyj (Suomen Verkkomaksut). The recipient of the payment appears as Riiminka & Aleksiina Design / Edureactors Oy.

Credit Card Payments via Paytrail

If you pay with Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard, or other available credit cards through Paytrail, Aleksiina Design / OneManBand OMB acts solely as the marketer and delivers the products. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for handling complaints and serves as the actual seller in these credit card transactions.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, so please provide a valid email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also include the selected payment method. A separate email confirming payment approval will be sent.

If we are unable to confirm your order due to unexpected reasons, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Delivery Methods

We deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods listed on our website, which you choose during checkout. Options include shipping via Posti or pickup from our store in Tampere. Posti delivery options include letter mail, Posti parcels, and Posti parcel lockers. The full list of delivery options is available at checkout.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery times vary depending on the order and delivery method:

  • Finland: 1-7 days

  • EU: 4-14 days

  • Outside the EU: 7-30 days

We ship products every weekday. Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 business days. If picking up from our store, delivery may take the same amount of time due to internal logistics. You can confirm the estimated time by contacting us.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product or the last batch of a multi-item order.

The withdrawal notice must be made clearly using our withdrawal form, by email, or in writing with the returned product.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products purchased and shipped from Aleksiina Design. Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed for return shipping. Underwear, tights, earrings, and magazines are non-returnable.

If you cancel a purchase, the item must be returned immediately, and at the latest within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the return address below. The customer must provide proof of timely return if needed, e.g., by a postal receipt. The customer bears the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Refunds will be processed promptly according to consumer protection laws via the same payment method used for the order.

Order Issues and Defects

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If a product is lost, damaged in transit, incorrect, or defective, notify us within 14 days. We will address the issue in compliance with consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

Aleksiina Design / Edureactors Oy is not liable for any indirect, direct, or other damages related to orders, deliveries, or products, except where mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes regarding your order amicably. Please contact our customer service first.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may contact the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) after consulting Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

Any disputes will be handled in the company’s home municipality of Tampere.
