Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also include details of the selected payment method. Additionally, you will receive a separate email confirming the approved payment.

If, for any unexpected reason, we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

The payment recipient is Riiminka & Aleksiina Design - Edureactors Oy, which will appear on the payment page and receipts.

Delivery Method

We will deliver your order using one of the available shipping methods listed on our website, which you can choose during checkout. The available options include shipping via postal service or in-store pickup in our Tampere store.

For postal deliveries, we use letter mail, parcel post, and postal parcel lockers. All available delivery options will be displayed at checkout, including Posti or Matkahuolto. You can choose parcel delivery to a pickup point or a small package as a letter to your home. International letter shipping is also available.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery times depend on the order and chosen shipping method:

  • 1-7 days within Finland

  • 4-14 days within the EU

  • 7-30 days outside the EU

We process and ship orders on business days. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 business days.

If you choose in-store pickup, the delivery may take a similar amount of time due to transit between our stores. You may contact us in advance to confirm the pickup schedule.
